PRODUCT FEATURES

LED oven is a drying oven specifically designed for the production of LED optoelectronic components. With a unique multi door and multi control design, each box is independently controlled, making it easy for multiple products to be produced or tested on the same machine, reducing costs, and saving energy. This product is also suitable for drying processes for aging and curing of other electronic components.

1. The shell is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled plate bent, and the surface is treated with high-temperature spray paint for rust prevention and corrosion resistance.

2. The whole machine is assembled according to CE/3C certification standards and meets the safety standards of the safety supervision and electric baking equipment industry.

3. Circuit design separates strong and weak electricity, dual line protection, and creatively uses electric thermal isolation devices for safer personal and product protection.
4. The original balanced dual heating air transport system and unique hot air circulation and recovery mode save more than 30% energy compared to ordinary ovens.

5. All electrical accessories are made of first-line brands, with PID calculated temperature control system and over temperature protection device, intelligent constant temperature, small temperature difference, suitable for long and short baking of different manufacturers and products.

6. Adopting a digital display PID temperature controller with over temperature deviation protection and timing function, the temperature is precise and reliable.

7. The shelf tray is welded with stainless steel square tubes, and each shelf can be independently removed. The spacing and quantity of shelves can be adjusted to meet different specifications of products. Install four universal brake wheels and four positioning foot cups at the bottom of the oven.

8. Using high-temperature resistant silicone sealing and high-temperature heating tubes as heating elements to ensure safety and long service life.

Core Configuration

CORE CONFIGURATION

1. Box part: Unique multi door and multi control design, allowing any door to be opened without affecting the temperature difference of other boxes, suitable for various processing techniques. The shell is made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate bent, and the surface is treated with high-temperature spray paint for corrosion resistance and rust prevention. Each layer of the oven is equipped with a handle, making it convenient for each tray to be taken out independently. High temperature resistant sealing silicone strips are added around the door to prevent the outside temperature from burning hands. The shelf tray is made of stainless steel square welding, and each shelf can be independently removed. The entire bottom of the oven is equipped with movable casters for easy entry and exit of the oven.

2. Inner liner: The inner liner is made of 1.0mm thick SUS304 # stainless steel plate, surrounded by 100K thick high-temperature resistant silicate insulated rock wool. It is equipped with a built-in air duct for circulating horizontal air, making the temperature inside the furnace more uniform.

3. Heating part: Imported stainless steel heat dissipation plate heating pipes are installed on both sides of the oven air duct, with a unique insulation device design. The circulating large air volume is forced to move horizontally, equipped with inlet and outlet valves to adjust the air flow rate of the inlet and outlet, making the temperature inside the furnace more uniform.

4. Electrical part: Power supply 380V, three-phase five wire system, power 5.5KW, using imported microcomputer intelligent digital temperature controller. Room temperature -200 ℃ can be adjusted arbitrarily, and it takes about 10-20 minutes for the temperature to rise to 150 ℃. It has PID self-tuning and automatic constant temperature function, accurate temperature control, and can be controlled at any time from 0 to 999 minutes.
